An reconditioning includes, among other things:
✔ The concrete batching plant is completely and intensively cleaned of dirt and concrete
✔ all components will be technically checked
✔ Wear parts are replaced if necessary
✔ all rubber hoses & spiral hoses exchanged
✔ all components will be technically checked
✔ Wear parts are replaced if necessary
✔ all rubber hoses & spiral hoses exchanged
✔ Mixer wear parts are replaced if necessary
✔ Mixer seal and bearings are replaced if necessary
✔ Defective parts are exchanged or replaced
✔ All oils / lubricants are exchanged
✔ The elevator rope is being replaced
✔ Mixer seal and bearings are replaced if necessary
✔ Defective parts are exchanged or replaced
✔ All oils / lubricants are exchanged
✔ The elevator rope is being replaced
✔ The steel construction of the concrete batching plant will be checked and repaired if necessary (Replacement sheets in the area of the aggregate bunker, bucket elevator)
✔ The complete batching plant will be primarily coated
✔ the painting is done on customer request

After a successful test run, the respective concrete batching plant will be delivered in a perfect condition (like new).
If required or at the customer's request, we are happy to offer delivery, assembly and commissioning services. We can also train the operating personnel.
